What are ARTEMA safety flange guards?
ARTEMA manufactures safety flange guards in different materials, selected on base of the specific operational requirements, such as fluid type, temperature and pressure. For example, pure PTFE flange guard offers excellent chemical resistance and it is suitable for cryogenic temperatures, making it ideal for highly corrosive environments. PTFE-coated fiberglass flange cover combines chemical and mechanical resistance, making it effective in the most part of industrial applications. In explosive atmosphere risk areas (Ex ATEX areas), anti-static PTFE flange protector prevents electrostatic charge build-up. For extremely high-temperature conditions, AISI 316 stainless steel flange guard is the preferred choice.
