What are ARTEMA safety flange guards?
The ARTEMA safety flange guards are available in different materials, selected based on the specific operational requirements, such as fluid type, temperature, and pressure. For example, pure PTFE offers excellent chemical resistance and is suitable for cryogenic temperatures, making it ideal for highly corrosive environments. PTFE-coated fiberglass combines chemical and mechanical resistance, making it effective in most industrial applications. In explosive atmosphere risk areas (ATEX zones), anti-static PTFE prevents electrostatic charge build-up. For extremely high-temperature conditions, AISI 316 stainless steel is the preferred choice.
